Your first visit to Prosthodontics of NY establishes a vital foundation for our relationship with you. During the first visit, we make sure to obtain important background information such as your medical and dental history. You will have time to discuss your issues and to get to know your doctor. You will find the practical information you need such as a map and directions to our office, office hours, payment policies and more. You can save some time at your visit by printing out and completing or emailing the patient forms in advance of your appointment.
